Renaissance Place for Accelerated Reader and Star Math (in district only)
Accelerated Reader (AR) is a program that encourages reading. AR is available for students in grades K - 8.
Accelerated Reader - Home Connect
Students can log into Home Connect to see their progress in Accelerated Reader from home. Click on the link above and log in with your student ID number and regular computer login password. You can also go to AR Book Finder from this link.
AR Book Finder
Students and parents can use AR Book Finder to search for books by author, topic, reading level, or title that are included in the Accelerated Reader program.
BrainPOP Junior (Grades K-3)
BrainPOP Junior is specially designed for younger learners.. It includes movies, quizzes, games, mobile apps, experiments, activity pages about Math, Science, Social Studies, English, Technology, Arts & Music, and Health. You will need to log in with your gcloud.tisd.org account.

Discovery Education Streaming Video
Students can log into Discovery Education Streaming Video (formerly United Streaming) by using the user name "tisdstudent" and the generic student password. If you need assistance with the password, contact the Help Desk.
Encyclopedia Britannica Online
All students can use Britannica Online School Edition for its encyclopedia, dictionary, atlas, and video resources. Encyclopedia Britannica has 3 levels: Elementary, Middle School, and High School. Students can log in with the user name "tisd" and the generic student password. If you need assistance with the password, contact the Help Desk.
Enciclopedia Universal en Español
Enciclopedia Universal en Espanol offers resources in Spanish for all ages in two unique interfaces, each with its own comprehensive encyclopedia: Enciclopedia Universal en Español for high school ages and up and Enciclopedia Juvenil for ages 6-12.

Google Apps for Education
Students now have access to safe online learning tools from Google including: monitored email accounts, 30 GB of storage,email, calendars, and productivity tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
Learning A to Z Products (Raz-Kids, Headsprout, Reading A to Z, Science A to Z, and Vocabulary A to Z)
To access Learning A to Z products, students as the teacher for their username.
Students in grades 1-12 can access grades online. Use your student ID number and computer login password. You can also access this link from the TISD homepage (choose Parents & Students, Family Access Login).
Study Island
Study Island is a STAAR practice site for students in grades 3-8. Students log in with their Google credentials.
ThinkCentral (Houghton Mifflin K-5 ELA and Science)(Science Fusion)
Elementary English/Language Arts and Science teachers can access resources for the Houghton Mifflin textbook series at Think Central. You can obtain the user name and password from your Instructional Coach or the Help Desk.
